Talal Al Akhzami International LLC was established in 2002 and is in operation for the past 15 years with total commitment to social upliftment and community development.

Bellow Flower provides assistance to various organizations and institutions around Oman. Cleaning and hygiene aspects of their facilities are conducted at no cost to the organization

Bellow Flower employs 10% of national and of 90% are expatriates employees. Constant observations and monitoring of all employees are maintained via practical and theoretical means.

A database is maintained and updated whereby individuals are identified for Supervisory and Site Management positions. Training sessions are provided for identified individuals.

Mentoring Program
